Purpose | Students are required a set number of VEs in a course start and end date window. There also needs to be the ability to export a report of all submissions for a course.
- Portfolio Coach | Add calendar views
- If user is a portfolio coach then they should see on their User calendar:
- student or events
- Student affairs events
- All courses
- Availability slots they have schedules
- Any scheduled coach meetings; Calendar widget on home page will show scheduled meetings only
- *Currently FCC & IMM are not yet able to view course session dates and VSTAR Learn events within VSTAR Next. Date of expansion to the next phases are TBA.
- Course Schedule | New Rule to hide/show Session Objectives
- Course Schedules | Add Location Field to Session
- Purpose | Students need to be able to see the location of course events
- Course Schedules | Add Versioning to Schedule Management
- Purpose | Allow coordinators to view versions of uploaded course schedules while also being able to view any sessions added, edited, or deleted since the last upload.
- Bulk Course Schedule Upload | Rule Updates
- If attempting to upload a schedule for a course with an existing schedule already uploaded, then you will receive an error message
- Updated Course Schedule Room List for Location field
- Course Schedules | Update Add/Edit Session Form
- Purpose | Update the Course session add/edit form and include an option to associate a version and associate the session objective(s) with a course objective(s)
