- All clinical-related printing will continue to occur in the Light Hall 3rd floor Computer Lab at no cost to MD students. No non-clinical-related printing should occur in the Light Hall Computer Lab.
- To meet your non-clinical-related printing needs, there are two VUSM printers/copiers available for use in EBL. One is located in the southwest corner of the 2nd floor and the other is located in the southwest corner of the 3rd floor. These units are on the VUPrint system and require you to use your ID badge to print.
Each student has a printing budget funded by the School of Medicine equal to $28 for the academic year. Once this budget is exhausted, you will need to add personal funds to your account. Please find printing/copy prices below:
- Black & White – $0.06/print or copy
- Color – $0.25/print or copy
- Note: a double-sided print/copy equals 2 (not 1)
Prior to being able to print in EBL, each student must download the appropriate (Windows vs. Mac) VUprint driver from the following URL: https://vuprint.vanderbilt.edu/vuprint-driver-packages/. Please follow the instructions on the website regarding installation. For more information, visit: https://vuprint.vanderbilt.edu/.
Printing from a VUMC Laptop may best be accomplished by utilizing the “Login to Print Center” button on the right hand side.
