The scheduling privilege allows a user or an admin to schedule meetings on behalf of a host. This setting is only available to users on a licensed account.
Host gives permission
- HOST: Sign into your Zoom Settings
- Under Other, click the + next to Assign scheduling privilege to
- Enter one or more email addresses in the window, separated with a comma
- Select Assign
If the user was assigned successfully, they will appear under Assign Scheduling Privilege to. However, they will need to sign out of the Zoom desktop client and sign in again before they will be able to schedule for you there.
Scheduler sets up meeting
SCHEDULER: While filling in meeting details, the scheduler will now see a “Schedule For” section that contains a dropdown with the name of all hosts who have assigned permission to them. Once a meeting is scheduled, it will show up on the host’s page, as well as the scheduler’s
